RiverSmart Communities collaborators Dr. Benjamin Warner (former post-doc, now at UNM), Dr. John Gartner, and Dr. Christine Hatch have published a paper in Flood Risk Management about flood risk assessment tools, fluvial hazards, and river corridor mapping in Western Massachusetts, partially in response to Hurricane Irene.  The paper can be accessed here.
