Research Fellow Dana MacDonald taught a 2-day workshop on recognizing evidence of Paleo-fires in the geologic record and conducted field research at the University of the West Indies - Mona, in Kingston, Jamaica.  The WHOI Coastal Group published a short article on his research the workshop here.
