Point-and-line graph from paper showing time series flux of measured tetraethers

A collaboration between the Northeast Climate Adapatation Science Center, students, and faculty in the department has resulted in the first decade-scale paleotemperature reconstruction for New England, spanning ~900 years.

Graduate students Daniel Miller, Helen Habicht, Benjamin Keisling, and Dr.'s Isla Castañeda and Ray Bradley published this research in the EGU's Climate of the Past journal. These kinds of of records are vitally important to understand past climate of the region and adapting to future climate change.
